Easy Cheesy Tuna Pie
We have tried many different tuna casseroles, but this is by far our favorite. Steve thinks the cream cheese just does something wonderful for it.

1 cup shredded cheese (we use cheddar)3/4 cup biscuit mix (i.e. Bisquick)
1/3 cup of peas (or more)1 cup milk
1/4 cup chopped onion3 eggs
1 can tuna1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 oz cream cheese - cubed

Grease a pie dish. Mix cheese, peas, onions, and tuna in the greased pie dish. Top with cubed cream cheese. Stir the rest of the ingredients and pour into the pie dish.

Bake 30-35 minutes at 400 degrees or until knife comes out clean (except for the cheese).

Bubble Rolls
I got this recipe from my Mom. I like to make this breakfast dish when we have company. It's easy to make the night before, and it disappears very quickly in the morning.

1 package frozen doughballs1/2 cup heavy cream
1 box instant butterscotch pudding mixcinnamon (to taste)
1/2 cup butterchopped nuts (to taste)
1/2 cup brown sugar

Put doughballs in greased and floured fluted cake pan (Bundt). Pour dry pudding over doughballs and sprinkle with cinnamon. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan and bring to boil. Pour butter mixture over doughballs. Pour cream over all and sprinkle with nuts.

Cover and let rise overnight or until double.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cover, then bake 15 minutes more.
